Santhi Processing Unit Pvt Ltd was founded in the year 1983 by Mr.S.Duraisamy, with an expertise in weaving.
Infrastructure: We started with Power looms & in a few years invested in AirJet looms thus marking the first expansion at Santhi. By then, we had pioneered ourselves as an eminent Finished Fabric supplier in Erode district of Tamil Nadu, India. Today, we have a fully integrated manufacturing setup from Spinning to Fabric Finishing delivering world class services to leading international brands.
Capacity: We have production capacity of 15,000 kg/day in Compact Spinning & 3 Million yards/month in Weaving; as well as yarn dyeing of 6,000 kg/day and 80,000 to 1,00,000 yards/day in fabrics.
We have our own yarn dyed, fabric dyeing, printing setup, weaving, and spinning facilities. We manufacture woven fabrics including yarn dyed, solid, chambray, dobby, and jacquard fabrics. Our monthly production capacity is 3 million yards. Yarn dyed fabrics account for 45% of our production, solid fabrics for 35%, and prints for 10 to 15%. We have been nominated for partnerships with brands such as Gap, Old Navy, and Khols. In terms of sustainability, we prioritize zero discharge and utilize solar power to reduce our energy consumption.
